New Family Registration Guide

 

Initial Steps

  • Click HERE (https://ywco.campmanagement.com/enroll)

  • Fill in all information on this initial page

  • NOTE: Remember to put the grade your child will be in as of Fall 2019

  • Don’t forget to add each participant if necessary (the links to add a participant can be easy to miss)

  • Click Continue to enrollment options

Step 1: Select Programs

  • Click the Enrollment Tab

  • Click Enroll for 2019 under the child you wish to enroll first

  • Filter by After School Programs (on the right side of the screen)

  • Click Add Option next the program you want your child to attend (must be where the child attends school)

  • Click Save and Continue

Step 2: Promotional Photography Agreement

  • Fill in the Promotional Photography Agreement section

  • Click Save and Continue

Step 3: Participant Forms/Authorized Pickups

  • Click on and fill out the YWCO After School Program Form and the YWCO After School Program Policies Form. Click Submit after each form is complete.

  • The Medication Authorization form and Emergency Action Plan will pop up based off of your answers about your child's allergies and medication. Click Submit after each form.

  • If you have anyone else besides the guardians that need to be authorized as a pickup person, then do that here and the system will text them a text message that gives them their own PIN code for your child. Every pick up person needs their own code.

  • Click Save and Continue at the bottom right to go to the final step

Step 4: Payment and Checkout

  • Here you will see the program you chose for your child that only the registration fees are due now:

    • Registration Fees = $35/child

  • Under Payment details click Payment method: credit card. You can add your card here that will be used for the registration fees and each week (you can change this later if necessary)

  • Payment schedule: All accounts are required to be on Weekly auto pay this year, charged each Monday for any attendance the week before.

  • Enter your Full Name and the Date

  • Click Submit Enrollment Request - You will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately and the card on file will be charged for the registration fees.

  • If you need to register another child, just click on the Enrollment Tab again and start the process for the next child

  • You will receive a separate confirmation e-mail for each child.

  • You must continue all the way through choosing the payment schedule and checking out to officially register. If you do not receive a confirmation email, then you did not complete your registration.
