Registration for the 2024-25 school year is open!

Enrollment is open to ALL students attending Oconee schools. There is no cap on the number of students who can enroll. Enrollment is school year round.

We are excited to offer After School in all seven elementary schools in Oconee County again this school year at High Shoals, Rocky Branch, Dove Creek, Colham Ferry, Malcom Bridge, Oconee Elementary, and Oconee Primary.

We are honored to be apart of the Oconee County school system. We work with wonderful administrators, teachers, and parents. We love and encourage kids in academics, fitness, and relational development. We love what we do!

What is the cost?

  • Yearly one time registration fee of $75/child which covers supplies for the school year. This fee applies to all families even school district employees.

  • Attendance is flexible. This means that your child can attend any number of days each week and you are only billed for the number of days your child attended that week. Once you register, your child can attend as much or as little as needed without having to notify the program. Please remember that you will need to notify your child’s school of his/her after-school plans and follow the school’s specific transportation change protocol.

  • Weekly fees are:

    • 1 day – $25/child

    • 2 or 3 days – $45/child

    • 4 or 5 days – $70/child

    • OCSS Employee Rate = $5/day/child

How do I pay for the program?

All accounts are required to be on weekly auto-pay. You will enter your credit card information during registration. Your account is billed for any attendance fees accrued in the previous week.

What are your hours?

We are open Monday-Friday from 2:30 pm – 5:45 pm. Pick up begins at 3:00 pm. We follow the school calendar and ASP is closed when the school is closed to students.

Do you offer any break camps when the school and ASP are closed to students (Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Breaks) as an alternative to ASP child care?

Yes, we offer optional break camps at our main facility (in Athens) during Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Breaks when school is closed. These are an extra program to register for and we email out the information to all enrolled ASP parents and guardians a month prior to the start of the break camp.

What will my child do each day?

Activities vary from homework, playground time, character building, arts and crafts, gym time, and more! Homework is done immediately and is made a priority.

Why was a PIN number texted to me if I have already created an account as a parent/guardian? Why did any additional authorized pick ups have PIN numbers automatically texted to them?

PIN numbers are automatically sent out to parents/guardians and other authorized pick ups added as part of the Campsite YWCO registration process, but the YWCO policy is just that you have a picture ID with you.

Do you do background checks and fingerprint your staff?

Yes, we fingerprint all employees prior starting to work.

What training is provided for your staff?

An initial overall program specific training, CPR/First Aid Training within 90 days of hire, online Health and Safety training within 90 days of hire, online nutrition training within 1 year of hire, and other yearly training as it applies to the specific employee’s needs.

How do I log into my account?

Click HERE and use your username and password. You can change your card information, update phone numbers, etc. If you already have a Campsite account with the YWCO, then please do not set up a second account. Your Summer Day Camp account also works for After School as we use the same registration and billing system for both.
